I discovered Gustavo Lacerda’s work in Paris. I was in awe. His work is a stunning range of color and light personified. His work is about living, breathing, beautiful and rare pale colors that are human, for real.
It begged a question: How does one embrace a color that says something about them before they have a chance to say it first? People are afraid of color. His images make color, no matter how light, frank and fearless.
